******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CM-5671-CII-2019 This is application for placing on record compromise dated 19.12.2018 as Annexure-Z and to withdraw the main petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main petition as the petitioner has already handed over possession of the demised premises on 18.01.2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 endorses the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner submitting that possession has been handed over by the revision petitioner.

CR-6284-2013 -2In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the application is allowed. Compromise Annexure-Z is taken on record and main petition, which is also fixed for today, is allowed to be withdrawn.

CM-16778-CII-2016 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 also seeks permission to withdraw the application for fixation of mesne profits. Dismissed as withdrawn.
