(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to order dated 27.08.2019 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalandhar in CIS Case No. IA-01 of 2019 in MNT 125/67 of 2019 whereby in proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., titled as 'Sumani Rani and others vs. Sandeep Kumar' a meagre amount of Rs.3,000/-p.m. (Rs.1,000/- p.m. to each petitioners) alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.2,500/- have been granted.

The present revision pertains to the year 2020. On 08.02.2024, when this case was listed for hearing, following order was passed by this Court:- "A perusal of the order sheets would reveal that on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
