HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the order dated 06.12.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in FIR No.98 dated 23.08.2017, registered under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21 of the Mining and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana, vide which bail/surety bonds of the petitioner have been forfeited by learned trial Court and the petitioner has been summoned through warrants of arrest and notice to his surety is also issued for 05.04.2022.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court.

Ordered accordingly.
