Ajay Tewari, J This is a petition for quashing impugned order dated 19.12.2016 whereby the petitioner has been declared a 'proclaimed person'. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Tejinder Singh, E.O. Wing, Moga, has suggested the Court that in case the petitioner surrenders his original passport, the prosecution would have no objection if the impugned order is quashed. Mr. Bhalla has accepted this condition and undertakes that petitioner would surrender before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, AVIN KUMAR 2019.02.26 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
