(ORAL) This revision petition has been filed against the order declining the permission to petitioner to prove the rent note by way of secondary evidence. After detailed arguments it has been agreed as follows: The respondent will accept towards arrears of rent any payment which the petitioner is able to establish as having been deposited in the account of Mohinder Pal Singh Gill towards rent and will also not insist that the petitioner had to pay house tax or fire cess.
