Prayer made in the present petition was for quashing of the decision vide which the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide memo dated 21.09.2020 that had been dropped on the previous occasion were reopened, which as per the order dated 15.10.2024, Annexure P-35, has again so been done, in view of which learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.
