Present writ petition has been filed inter-alia praying for quashing of action/corrigendum dated 11.11.2020, vide which Education Providers/ Volunteers have been granted 01 mark against each year of service rendered by them as well as impugned order dated 12.10.2020; whereby respondents have exempted them from mandatory qualification of Teachers' Eligibility Test and to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to one of the posts in question on the basis of the Advertisement dated 06.03.2020.

This Court while deciding a Batch of 4 writ petitions (CWP-3363-2021 titled as Daljit Kaur & others Vs. State of ATUL SETHI 2021.11.18 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP-2316-2021 (O&M) Punjab & others) vide order of even date, has quashed the above advertisement along with entire selection process, including provisional merit list.

In view of the above, claim made in the present writ petition has become only academic in nature, thus the same is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
