After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the parties have agreed for fixing of mesne profits @ `62,500/- per month instead of `70,000/- as assessed by Appellate Authority, Ludhiana. In this regard, learned counsel for the caveators-respondents has also consulted with respondent No.2, who is present in the Court. With the consent of the parties, this petition is accepted to the extent that the order dated 14.07.2016 passed by the Appellate Authority is modified and the mesne profits in respect of the disputed premises is fixed @ `62,500/- per month instead of `70,000/-. The revision petitioner is allowed four weeks time to make payment of entire arrears of rent/mesne profits, upto date within 4 weeks.
