(Oral) Counsel for the respondent has placed on record the letter dated 31.08.2023 to submit that the salary from November, 2022 to July, 2023 is deposited in the bank account of the petitioner on 08.08.2023. Counsel for the respondent further submits that the future salary will be paid to the petitioner on monthly basis.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
