**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for issuance of a direction to official respondents to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from causing any serious loss apprehended and ensure the protection of petitioner and his family members by deploying police personnel with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2-the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Nuh, Haryana, to look into the representation dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner. Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-the Superintendent of SANGEETA 2025.01.21 19:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-49175-2024 Police, Nuh, District Nuh, Haryana to look into the representation dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
