[1] By this petition, the petitioner has challenged certain orders of the Sales Tax Tribunal, Punjab on the ground that on the day when orders were passed, the Tribunal had yet not been notified.

[2] Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab very fairly states that though there are arguable points on either side, yet to avoid these unsavoury controversy, the State would have no objection if the order is set aside and matter is remanded back for fresh decision by the Tribunal which is now regularly constituted. [3] The petition is disposed of above terms.
