On the last date of hearing it was informed that the matter was likely to be compromised. It was ordered that in case a genuine compromise stands arrived at between the parties, it would be open to the executing court to entertain the second application without prejudice to the rights of the affected defendant- respondent or any third party. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Implying that the matter has been compromised , the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
