Mr. Amit Singla, Advcoate for the petitioner **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 30.07.2015 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Hisar whereby petitioner was directed to pay Rs.3500/- towards maintenance to his wife-respondent.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is not ready for an out of Court settlement and the impugned petition is still pending for recording of evidence, no ground is made out to interfere in the order dated 30.07.2015.

The petition stands dismissed.
