Dated Police Station Sections 16.10.2022 Ballabhgarh Sadar District Faridabad 409, 120-B, IPC and Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 Seeking direction to official respondent Nos.1 to 5 to investigate into the matter in a proper and fair manner, the petitioner who is complainant has come up before this Court by filing present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is aggrieved by the sloth speed of the investigation.

The State counsel's submits that there is no need for this Court to issue notice or direction at this stage and the State be given some more time to look into the matter. 4.

Given the submission of the State counsel, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with clarification that if nothing conclusive happens within two months, he be permitted to come to this Court again.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn and the State is directed to speed up the investigation and try to complete within 03 months.
