***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr. P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.157 dated 03.09.2022, registered under Sections 307/ 34 of IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on), at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, states that cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be filed in due course before the competent Court, and thus, instant petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication before this Court and the same is rendered infructuous.
