The present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.11.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present criminal revision has been filed for assailing the order dated 02.11.2023, however, in the interregnum, the matter has been compromised between the parties and the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been decided. 3.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
