This petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS in case FIR No. 503 dated 26.12.2024 under Sections 13(1), 13(3) and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh. 2.

Vide order dated 22.01.2025, this Court has granted interim protection to the petitioner. Subsequently, on 26.05.2025, the State Counsel submitted that despite being given three opportunities and the interim protection, the petitioner has not come forward to join the investigation and interim protection granted by this Court was vacated. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the conduct of the petitioner particularly when the petitioner has not complied with the directions given by this Court, it appears that the petitioner is intentionally trying to avoid the process of the Court, so no ground is made out to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
