The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 16.11.2022 (Annexure P-5) and 12.01.2023 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram vide which the vehicle of the petitioner i.e. tractor bearing registration No.HR-76-E-7006 was ordered to be attached in an execution application and an application for recalling the same was dismissed.

During the interregnum, as per the E-courts website of District Courts, Gurugram the main execution application being EXE-1231-2017 stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
