Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 10.10.2024 whereby evidence of the plaintiff-petitioner, despite having availed several opportunities to conclude his evidence, has been closed. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner would contend that only PW-1 Kulwinder Singh, who is the attorney of the plaintiff-petitioner, needs to be cross-examined and that certain documents need to be tendered in evidence by the said witness. It is further the contention that given one opportunity the plaintiff-petitioner would produce the said witness for his cross-examination as also for tendering the documents in evidence. 3.

Notice of motion in the present case was issued on 23.01.2025. On 18.02.2025, none had appeared on behalf of the respondent and the case was adjourned to today. Today, also none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent, despite the matter being called twice. Accordingly, he is proceeded against ex parte.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to grant one opportunity to present PW-1 Kulwinder Singh, attorney of the plaintiff-petitioner for crossexamination, as also for tendering the documents by the said witness at his own risk and responsibility.

Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
