MEHTA, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, as per the instructions from the arguing counsel, informs the Court that the instant revision-petition has become infructuous as the Civil Suit, out of which it had arisen, has already been decided by the concerned trial Court vide judgment dated 27.02.2020 and he prays that this revision-petition be disposed of accordingly.

Learned State counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 has no objection in disposing of the present revision-petition in view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
