RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner to initiate proceedings under Section 53(5) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 against respondent No.7.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that respondent No.4, i.e. Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Mundlana, Tehsil Gohana, District Sonepat, has already initiated the proceedings on the complaint received against respondent No.7 and the same is pending consideration before him.

After hearing the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4, i.e. Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Mundlana, Tehsil Gohana, District Sonepat to conclude the matter expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within two months from today.
