*** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) This is an appeal of the year 2018 and notice could not be issued to the respondent as learned counsel for the petitioner neither filed process fee nor deposited Rs.10,000/-, till date, as directed by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2018. On 31.10.2019, matter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, thereafter on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 27.11.2019 and 11.05.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
