RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Petitioner has filed the instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 04.08.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ludhiana whereby the evidence of the petitioner was closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only two witnesses required to be examined by the petitioner i.e Registry Clerk and Sukhwinder Singh, mentioned in para No. 3 of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further informed the Court that cross examination of P.W.1 is still pending. The petitioner is an old laday and thus unable to attend each and every date of proceedings before the Court below.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the case file.

No. 6481 of 2015 (O&M) -2pending, order dated 04.08.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ludhiana is hereby set aside and the instant revision petition is allowed and the trial Court is directed to give two effective opportunities to the petitioner to conclude its evidence by examining Registry Clerk, Sub Registrar, Sidwa bet, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana and Sukhwinder Singh s/o Sh. Balbir Singh, subject to payment of Rs.3000/- as cost to be deposited before the District State Legal Services Authority, Ludhiana.
