Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.169 dated 06.10.2022 registered under Section 13A of Gambling Act and Section 420 of IPC at P.S. City Rampura, District Bathinda.

Learned State counsel on instructions from investigating officer of concerned Police Station submits that in compliance of order 29.01.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 29.01.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
