G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner-tenant is in revision against the order of eviction dated 25.01.2016 on the ground of bona fide requirement passed by the Rent Controller, Gurdaspur which has been upheld in appeal by the Appellate Authority on 08.12.2016. During the proceedings, an order was passed on 06.03.2017 in pursuance to which, the landlord was willing to adjust the petitioner in the vacant shop exactly behind the demised shop as depicted in Ex.R-1, the site plan and which opens on a 14' street towards the eastern side. Accordingly, counsel for the petitioner submits that if he is given vacant possession of the said shop, he would shift within a period of two months from today. The petitioner-Sudershan Kumar is also present and duly identified by Mr. Inderjit Sharma Advocate.

Jaspal Singh and Gurdarshan Singh, legal representatives of the respondent are also present and agree to the terms of the said compromise/proposal. Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of as Shivani Gupta 2017.04.

C.R. No. 611 of 2017 (O & M) -2having been rendered infructuous in terms of the said compromise. The petitioner shall be adjusted in the above mentioned shop by 15.06.2017 and accordingly, he shall vacate the demised premises by the said date. 19.04.2017 (G.S.
