On 06.03.2025 the following order was passed : " Vide order dated 28.01.2025, one month's time was granted to the applicant-petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Executing Court concerned. Today, present application has been filed for extension of time on the ground that brother of the applicantpetitioner had expired on 13.02.2025 and hence the amount could not be deposited.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 15 days' time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in compliance of order dated 28.01.2025.

On 22.05.2025 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It has been noticed in the order that perusal of the zimni orders downloaded from the e-Court website of District Courts, Ludhiana reveals that there was no compliance of order dated 28.01.2025 and the case was adjourned to today. 3.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
