Counsel for the respondent has pointed out that the revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the main petition filed under Section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 has been finally decided. He has pointed out that the present revision petition was filed by the wife against the order passed by the learned trial court allowing visitation rights to her.
In view of the aforesaid, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
However, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an application for recall, if the facts are otherwise.
