(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the sole petitioner has already passed away and despite his best endeavours, he has not been able to get any information regarding the Legal Representatives of the petitioner, if any nor anyone has ever contacted him for moving an appropriate application for being impleaded as his (petitioner's) Legal Representative.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 & 5 to 7 also submits that his clients have no clue about the Legal Representatives of the petitioner.

CR No.6129 of 2017 -2- 2024:PHHC:052111 In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the instant revision-petition for want of prosecution.
