(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking issuance of appropriate order or directions to the respondents to complete the investigation of case FIR No.0112 dated 14.07.2019 under Sections 307, 506, 341, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 added later on) with Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran so registered by the petitioner and thereafter take recourse for presentation of the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that till date, the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has not been presented, and therefore, there was necessity of the present petition. Notice of motion.
