In view of the above, with the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main case (CR-6749-2011) is taken on Board today itself.
CR-6749-2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that the vacant possession of the premises has since been handed over to the landlord-respondent. Permitted to do so.
