Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Addl. Advocate General, Punjab. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The dispute is with regard to the apportionment of the compensation payable for the compulsory acquisition of the land. The District Judge has held that the decree holders are entitled to the compensation, whereas, the claim of the petitioners herein has been dismissed. In execution petition, the Court is making an attempt to pay the compensation. The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that Regular First Appeal against the award dated 17.12.2018, passed by Reference Court on 17.12.2018, is pending.

If that is so, the petitioner is permitted to apply for grant of interim order in the aforesaid pending appeal. The Executing Court is required to implement the decree/order as it has been passed. With all these observations, the revision petition is disposed of. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
