**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) Counsel appearing for respondent no.2-PSIDC submits that the matter is under liquidation and the compromise needs to be effected with the consent of the Official Liquidator, though respondent no.2 has no objection to the compromise, as such. I find that the objection raised on behalf of respondent no.2 is genuine. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the statements of the petitioner and official-respondent no.2 have already been recorded and the trial Court report is also satisfactory. She has further pointed out that vide order dated 14.2.2023 passed in CRM-M-48089-2022, this Court has quashed the FIR qua co-accused namely Vijay Kumar Saini.

Given above, the petition is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by annexing the consent/no objection of the Official Liquidator. There would be no necessity re-examine the petitioner and respondent no.2 whose statements stand already recorded. The copies of the statements along with report would suffice.

There would be no need for a certified copy of this order and any Advocate for the petitioner can download this order along with case status from the official web page of this Court and attest it to be a true copy. In case the attesting officer wants to verify the authenticity, such an officer can also verify its authenticity and may download and use the downloaded copy for attesting bonds.
