RAJESH BINDAL, J The petitioners-plaintiffs have filed a suit for specific performance, in which they have already tendered their affidavits in examination-in-chief. As they are living abroad and at presently are in India, the prayer is that their cross-examination be concluded up to 30.4.2015, as they have to leave thereafter.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, who is the only contesting respondent, stated that cross-examination of the petitioners will be conducted on the next date of hearing fixed before the trial court i.e. on 24.4.2015.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, the present petition is disposed of in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1. It is made clear that in case, cross-examination of the petitioners remains unconcluded on 24.4.2015 for any unavoidable circumstance, the same shall be concluded before 30.4.2015.
