The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.235 dated 22.10.2024 under Sections 21,29 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at P.S Sadar Amritsar, Police Commissionerate, District Amritsar. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw the present petition. Prayer is accepted.
