, titled "Ajay Partap Singh vs. Gurdial Singh and others", decided on 13.05.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the revision petition, so as to enable the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the order that has been assailed. It is submitted that as 15 days' time was granted to the petitioner by this Court, in the aforesaid matter, to file an appeal, the petitioner too shall be given two weeks' time to avail the remedy by way of an appeal. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted time to tender provisional assessed rent up to 05.10.2015 i.e. today and, in case of non deposit of the NEENU VERMA 2015.10.06 15:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
