Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution for quashing the impugned order dated 18.09.2017 (P-1), passed by Land Acquisition Collector, Rohtak, whereby the application filed under Section 28-A of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short "the Act"), for enhancement of compensation was dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy under Section 28-A (3) of the Act. 3.

Ordered accordingly.

Needless to say that if an application is made by the petitioners before the Collector within two weeks from today, same shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
