(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad to complete the enquiry initiated against respondent No.6-Arvind Kumar, vide letter dated 30.08.2024 (Annexure P-5). 2.
Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who has appeared on behalf of respondent/State in this case, pursuant to the advance copy of petition having been sent to the State, handed over a copy of the enquiry report, wherein the allegations made against respondent No.6 were not found substantiated. A copy of the said enquiry report has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions and also a copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today itself.
