RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Challenge in this revision petition is to order dated 30.07.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) Bahadurgarh vide which the application filed by the plaintiffs has been allowed. In the impugned order itself, it has clearly stated that due to inadvertence, learned counsel for the paintiff handed over the affidavit of Hukam Chand in place of affidavit of Mahabir. This mistake was rightly rectified by directing the plaintif to file fresh affidavit of P.W.3 Mahabir.

No ground is made out to interfere in order dated 30.07.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) Bahadurgarh The petition stands dismissed.
