***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to get the fair and impartial investigation in respect of FIR No.106, dated 4.11.2019, Police Station Jaurkian, District Mansa, under Sections 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, has informed that in the present case investigation already stands concluded and challan stands presented and that infact even the charges have been framed against the accused.

Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel representing the petitioner has submitted that he shall raise all the points as have been raised herein before the Trial Court as regards the flaws in investigation.
