******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with prayer that petitioners be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlord. In view of request made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The revision petitioner is allowed period upto 09.08.2015 to vacate the demised premises, subject to the following terms:- (i) The petitioners-tenant will pay/deposit the entire due rent upto 28th February 2015 within two weeks.

CR-6279-2014 -2profits of subsequent months upto 09.08.2015 on or before 7th day of each month.

(iii) They will file affidavit before the Rent Controller within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondents on or before 09.08.2015. In case of default of any of the above terms, the respondentslandlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith. The order has been passed in the absence of respondents to avoid unnecessary delay and expenses. A copy of this order be conveyed to the respondents. In the event of respondents having any objection, they may file a petition to that effect. On receipt of the petition, the same be listed for hearing.
