Mechanical Division, Hoshiarpur (renamed as Executive Engineer, Kandi Canal-III Division, Water Resources Department, Punjab, Hoshiarpur, counsel for the State submits that a speaking order dated 10.05.2022 has been passed.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since some claims of the petitioner have not been decided, he may be relegated to avail the alternative remedy, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
