As per office report, notice issued for the service of the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report that a lady met at the house and she disclosed that the petitioner has sold the house. There is no other address available with the Court. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
