*** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner-husband has come up in revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 10.07.2017 passed by Addl. District Judge Palwal (Annexure P-3) whereby an amount of Rs.5000/- as maintenance allowance has been granted to the respondent on her application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act till the decision of the petition and also granted litigation expenses of Rs.5500 to the respondent. A bare perusal of impugned order shows that petitioner-husband is working as pharmacist and running a medical store and earns Rs.50,000/- and having 02 acres of land.

In view of the above factual position, the interim maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month awarded to the respondent is not on the higher side. The petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
