Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of case FIR No.655 dated 7.1.2022, under Sections 384, 506 and 34, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar, from District Police, Hisar, to any other District Police and/or Crime Branch, Haryana and/or to some independent agency for fair and impartial investigation. 2.

Vide Order dated 29.5.2024, the fact was recorded that challan has been prepared and will be submitted to the Court shortly, has been actually presented to the Court on 30.5.2024, as has been informed to the Court by Mr. B.S. Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana, on instructions from Inspector Kavita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition since the grievance raised herein stands addressed. Petition in the aforesaid terms stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
