**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.0275 dated 20.12.2018 registered under Sections 307, 341 506, 148 and 149 IPC & Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 25.01.2024, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute , however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
