(ORAL) By way of present petition preferred under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 the petitioner has sought quashing of impugned order dated 03.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of learned Judge, Special Court, Amritsar whereby the the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner were cancelled and forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants were issued against him in case FIR No.160 dated 11.11.2022 registered under Section 22 of The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural.
