Through this revision petition, the petitioner-Punjab National Bank assails the correctness of the order, passed by the trial Court while dismissing the application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint. 2.

The learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 to 3 has produced a copy of the judgment, passed by the trial Court while finally deciding the suit on 22.05.2019. The same is taken on record as Mark "X". The learned counsel representing the petitioner-Bank expresses his inability to confirm or deny the aforesaid fact.
