**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL , J (ORAL) Challenge in this writ petition is to order dated 24.07.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Executing Court under Order 21 Rule 90 of the Civil Procedure Code.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning Annexure P-1 passed by the Executing Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be, available to it, in accordance with law.
