This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the request letters dated 26.3.2022, Annexure P-6, and 24.6.2022, Annexure P-7, and grant pay to the petitioner at par with the similarly situated employees, i.e., at the rate of Rs.44900/- per month, with effect from July 2019 alongwith arrears.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case his representation dated 26.3.2022, Annexure P-6, is considered and decided by the respondents in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/Director, Medical Education and Research, Haryana, to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation dated 26.3.2022, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. 6.
