Sirphikhi, Advocate for the respondent. *****  ## $" Present revision has been filed under Section 15 (5) of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949, against the impugned orders passed by both the Courts below, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be evicted from the shop in question.

At the outset, it is stated by learned Senior counsel, on instructions from the petitioner through Mr.Ankit Midha, Advocate, that the shop in question shall be vacated and peaceful possession thereof, would be handed over to the landlord/ respondent on or before 01.03.2021. The offer made on behalf of the petitioner is acceptable to the learned counsel for the respondent/ landlord. In view of the agreed stand taken by both sides, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner that he shall handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the shop in dispute to the respondent/ landlord on or before 01.03.2021.
